1. Do you ship internationally?

No, at this time we are only taking orders and shipping within the United States of America.

1. What is your refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at fureverframedllc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or custom/personalized items.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

We strive to process all orders the same business day and ship them the same day or the following morning. Typically it takes less than a week to receive your order. We do offer express shipping for folks who need it faster.

3. What pet rescue organization(s) receive donations from Furever Framed?

Queen's Best Stumpy Dog Rescue will be receiving 1% of our profits this year. They are a corgi breed specific registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization that specializes in special needs corgis from California's high kill shelters. They put great emphasis on rehabilitating their dogs medically, managing their behaviors through relationship-based training, and getting to know their needs and quirks in order to find them the right home.

4. Can I email you my photos instead of uploading them?

Please reach out if you have trouble uploading your photos through our website.

5. How long do you keep my photos?

We keep photos for 30 days. After 30 days, they are deleted from our server.

6. What type of materials do you use to create the magnets?

We use high quality paper professional photography paper, ink-jet printers, industrial magnet machines, and professional magnet making materials.

7. Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes! Contact us for the bulk order code.

  • 10% bulk order discount for 54 magnets: $145 (normally $161) SAVINGS OF $16
  • 15% bulk order discount for 99 magnets: $274 (normally $322) SAVINGS OF $48
  • 15% bulk order discount for 495 magnets: $1,368 (normally $1,1610) SAVINGS OF $242
  • 15% bulk order for 999 magnets: $2,737 (normally $3,220) SAVINGS OF $483
